We Engage

I can't even begin to explain how much fun our engagement party was! Then i think, through this blog post, is a great way to announce and celebrate my engagement. In the early days of our engagement day (he proposed to me at Feb 28), everyone seemed to have the same question: how did he ask, did he kneel down, and i quickly realized that what people wanted was a story (you can read the full story here).

So, last Saturday we celebrate it by going out for lunch and spending the day talking about our wedding preparation at Bunga Rampai Restaurant. It was literally just family and like two photographers. Me and him are intentionally planned the party to be an event at which the two families meet each other for the second time.

Okay enough for the intro. I'll let the picture speak for itself. Enjoy!
Nice food, nice room, nice environment, but the best part of it was we are surrounded by the people we love.
A big thank you to all of you who congratulated us. Can never be thankful enough!!! God bless.

New York Fashion Week Spring 2015-Day 3

The third day is not as tight as yesterday... We have more free time to do anything we want, so i decided to do photoshoot for my blog in the hotel's rooftop, where we stayed. For the first look, i choose some classic pieces such as my favourite silk white skirt. I think pleated skirt have proved to be a big trend for Spring 2014 and this continued with midi or maxi skirts too. I team it up with a pair of glass heels, comfy crop top and a clutch for a off-duty look that chic and classy.
For the second look, i am wearing my beautiful and striking pink suit from Zara. Wear them with a white blouse underneath, chain belt that match with the shoes very well i think. And then mawi clutch to finished the look. Salute to the designer who made it, he was so detail to every pieces on it, so pretty and colorful. Each piece is both contemporary and vintage-inspired meaning this vibrant accessories will continue to be stylish for years to come, finally got my hand on them!!
NYFW Day 3 means 3 outfit of the day right? HAHA. So this is my last outfit for photo blog and for attending Zang Toi show, another skirt and matching crop top from my sponsor, Sissae Chic. This is one combination i am extra fond right now, i love the full A-line skirt sits high on the waist and finishes below the knee in a thick and luxurious taffeta duschess material with detail fully lined to create volume. And look at the gorj embroidered crop top, how can i not love them?
See you soon! xx

New York Fashion Week Spring 2015-Day 2

Here we go again my bloggy friends.
The second day was a super tight day. In the morning, we have a TRESemme Workshop at The Viceroy Rooftop. Doing a lil bit video shoot, getting our hair done at TRESemme NYC until 10.30 am then need to rush back for another shoot outside Lincoln Center with the super lovely lady Mariana Renata, the brand ambassador of TRESemme ID and for E! VIP hangout. During E! VIP hangout it turns out there was a news shoot and i get a chance to take a candid snaps of Coco Rocha, model media darling; Alexa Chung, model, television presenter and fashion icon. Annddd the super famous Hilton sisters. OMG!!! What a surprise!
And for the outfit that i'm wearing that day, i think i made one wise desicion to combine this two piece set from my sponsor Sissae Chic. Both the skirt and top are just beautiful with cut out cross over top to expose my flattering waist line, comes in matching pencil skirt. I love the way a crop top allowing me to show some skin in tasteful way to look sexy but classy.

When it comes to finishing off the outfit, i paired it with Charlotte Olympia heels and a Zara sequin clutch for this second day. Oh love how the clutch matching with the shoes perfectly, just like they were made for each other.
In the afternoon, we have Phillip Lim Fashion Show at Skylight Clarkson SQ. I can only took some of their collection before the battery died, i think it drops pretty quick since i'm using the wifi memory card. Okay then, so forget about that for a while and here's the photo about his fun and sporty pieces design. Enjoy!
PS: Sorry for the bad resolution and wrong angle.

Last but not least, we still have a shoot Central Park scene with Mariana Renata in a row. Will share all the photos later.
Thanks for stopping by and reading my story here. I appreciate it very much. xx
